IsolaIsabella.com garments are manufactured in limited quantities. Should an item that you wish to purchase become unavailable please do not hesitate to email or call us and we will let you know if additional pieces may be available at a later date.
All IsolaIsabella.com garments arrive to your doorstep enveloped in luxurious boutique packaging. Each garment arrives pressed and thoughtfully folded in a sturdy garment box presented with beautiful grosgrain ribbon and embossed Isola Isabella labeling – equally appropriate in presentation either as a gift or as a 'something special' for the purchaser herself. The packaging is protected by an additional corrugated shipping box.
All orders are shipped UPS except shipments to Post Office Boxes which are shipped via parcel post. Of course, if you have a special request or a different shipping method is deemed necessary we are happy to accommodate. Regardless of how many items you order, all shipments shipped to a single address incur a flat shipping rate per the table below. Shipments to more than one address are billed as separate shipping addresses.
Deliveries should arrive at the destination country within 2-5 business days. However, time in transit will vary according to the destination country. Duties & taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. Should you require expedited international shipping please contact us at customercare@isolaisabella.com and reference EXPEDITED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING in the subject. We will always do our best to accommodate.
Two-Day and Overnight Delivery is not available to Post Office Boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post.

Orders are shipped the same day that they are received with the exception of Sundays and holidays when orders are shipped out on the following business day. Should you wish to cancel your order please send us an email immediately and we will cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. You may email us for cancellations at customercare@isolaisabella.com. Please specify CANCEL ORDER in the subject line. If your order has not yet been shipped and we are able to cancel it, we will contact you immediately to verify the authenticity of the cancellation request and then proceed to cancel your order. You will need to be contactable by either the email or the telephone number provided to Isola Isabella at the time of your purchase. Please specify in your cancellation request by which method you would prefer we contact you.
Tracking information will be sent to your email address as soon as your package is shipped. A tracking number with a link to the UPS website will be provided except for orders sent to Post Office Boxes for which a tracking number will be provided.
We will gladly accept your timely return/exchange of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. IsolaIsabella.com does not charge a restocking fee nor do we charge return shipping for returns/exchanges.
We kindly request that all returns/exchanges are sent back to us within 30 days after you receive your order. Any items returned outside of this time frame are accepted at the discretion of isolaisabella.com and can only be refunded as an isolaisabella.com credit.

All returns or exchanges for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns/exchanges from the same order may incur additional shipping costs.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded to you by isolaisabella.com directly. For more information on reclaiming them, please contact your local customs bureau.
Returns/exchanges are processed within two days after receipt and an email will be sent to you to confirm our receipt of the package. We will also send you an email confirmation after the refund has been issued or upon shipment to you of the replacement item.
Any and all claims of damage must be made at the time of delivery.
Sales tax is calculated at the time of the purchase based on Ship To information and the appropriate state and federal laws.
